Mchongotz Eshop is Tanzania's trusted online store for electronics, computers, accessories, and technology. We are based in Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam, and offer genuine products with warranty.
Yes. All products sold at Mchongotz Eshop are 100% genuine and come directly from authorised distributors. We clearly label the condition of every product — new, refurbished, or used.
Yes. Our shop is located at Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam. You are welcome to visit us in person to see products before buying. You can also find us on the map on our Location page.

Ordering & Payment
Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save your details for next time.
We accept Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa), bank transfer, and cash on delivery or in-store. Payment details are shown at checkout.
All prices displayed on the website are fixed prices. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
Prices shown on product pages are the selling prices. An 18% VAT is calculated and shown separately in your cart and at checkout so you always know the full amount.
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately by phone if you need to make a change.
Delivery
Yes. We deliver to all regions of Tanzania. Delivery to Dar es Salaam city is typically same-day or next-day. Upcountry deliveries are shipped via trusted courier services.
Delivery costs depend on your location and the size of the order. The delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Dar es Salaam orders: 1–2 business days. Upcountry orders: 2–5 business days depending on your region. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. You can choose in-store pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at our Makumbusho shop within the same day in most cases.
Warranty & Returns
Many products include a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and coverage are displayed on each product page. Some items also come with an extended Mchongotz warranty.
Bring your receipt and the product to our shop, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We will assess the product and process your warranty claim as quickly as possible.
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by a receipt. Items sold as "used" or "refurbished" are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. Please keep all packaging for inspection.
Account & Security
No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, an account lets you track orders, view purchase history, and save delivery details for faster checkout.
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is only used to process your orders and is never sold or shared with third parties. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all transactions.
