Our return and exchange policy applies to purchases made within Tanzania only.

Returns

- We accept returns for defective products only

- We do not accept returns for non-defective products

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:
- Return request made within 3 days after delivery
- Product is in original condition
- Product has original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in these cases:
- Product is working properly
- Customer changed their mind
- Physical damage (drops, water, misuse)
- Missing accessories or original packaging

Exchanges
✓ Accepted
- We accept exchanges for defective products only
- Same product replacement (if available)
- Or an equivalent alternative

Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery)
- Bring the product to our shop at Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam
- Our team will inspect the product before approval

Fees
- No return shipping — customer brings the product in person
- Replacement is FREE if a defect is confirmed
