Return & Exchange Policy

1 Countries

Our return and exchange policy applies to purchases made within Tanzania only.

2 Returns
✓ Accepted
  • We accept returns for defective products only
✗ Not Accepted
  • We do not accept returns for non-defective products
3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • Return request made within 3 days after delivery
  • Product is in original condition
  • Product has original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
4 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in these cases:

  • Product is working properly
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Physical damage (drops, water, misuse)
  • Missing accessories or original packaging
5 Exchanges
✓ Accepted
  • We accept exchanges for defective products only
  • Same product replacement (if available)
  • Or an equivalent alternative
6 Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery)
  • Bring the product to our shop at Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam
  • Our team will inspect the product before approval
7 Fees
  • No return shipping — customer brings the product in person
  • Replacement is FREE if a defect is confirmed
